Job summary

BenchMark Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Jonesborough clinic. This entry-level role supports clinic growth through patient intake and front-office processes, collaborating with the Clinic Director and Upstream Rehabilitation to deliver excellent patient service.

You will greet patients, verify insurance, schedule visits, collect payments, and manage non-clinical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision.
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Customer Service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make all welcome calls.
• Monitor and influence arrival rate through creation of a great customer experience.
• Manage schedule efficiently.
• Manage document routing.
• Manage personal overtime.
• Manage non-clinical documentation.
• Manage deposits.
• Manage caseload, D/C candidate, progress note, and insurance reporting.
• Monitor clinic inventory.
• Attend any required training with the Territory Field Trainers (TFT) for Raintree and other business process updates.
• Complete quarterly compliance training.
