BenchMark Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Dahlonega, GA clinic. The PCC-I will support clinic growth by executing patient intake processes and collaborating with the Clinic Director to maintain efficient front-office procedures.

The role emphasizes customer service, multi-tasking across software systems, and delivering a welcoming patient experience during daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision.
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Customer Service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make all welcome calls; monitor arrival rate through a great customer experience.
• Manage schedule efficiently; manage document routing; manage deposits; monitor clinic inventory.
