Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients promptly and politely.
• Verify insurance eligibility and coverage at time of service.
• Schedule, reschedule, and manage patient appointments.
• Collect and post payments from patients.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Document patient concerns and escalate as needed.
