Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet all patients and visitors at the front desk and on the phone with professional customer service.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments using templates and scheduling tools.
• Serve as liaison between patients and clinical staff and participate in staff meetings.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy standards and protect patient information.
• Handle check-out duties including product sales and follow-up scheduling.
