Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher, or current enrollment in a related program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a busy retail optical setting.
• Commitment to brand standards and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities
