Job summary

OnePeak Medical Providers is seeking an Assistant Practice Manager to lead daily clinic operations and support frontline caregivers in delivering a unique wellness experience. You will partner with the Practice Manager to keep the clinic running smoothly while upholding our mission for optimal health.

You will supervise staff, maintain patient flow, and ensure high-quality service in a fast-paced primary care setting, traveling as needed to multiple clinics.

Qualifications

• Lead or supervisory experience in healthcare (1 year minimum)
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Recent Medical Assistant experience (6 months)
• CMA certification preferred
• CPT certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day clinic operations with patient-centered workflows
• Support Practice Manager and staff; provide backup for front/back office
• Maintain open communication with staff and providers
• Ensure waitlists and scheduling are accurate and updated
