Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks a Patient Experience Manager to coordinate patient experience efforts for assigned accounts. You will lead patient services teams, monitor satisfaction metrics, and train staff on Patient Solutions and Experience standards in hospital food service settings.

Travel up to 75-100% to business units as needed, ensuring high client satisfaction, account retention, and alignment with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate degree with minimum 3 years in food services or healthcare-related field.
• Certified Dietary Manager, RD or Registered Dietitian credentials preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching and training abilities to ensure consistent execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct patient experience activities within the assigned project.
• Track patient satisfaction initiatives to support client and account satisfaction and retention.
• Train on Patient Solutions and Patient Experience standards for hospital food service operations.
• Collaborate with on-site management to reach operational goals.
• Prepare patient satisfaction reports and develop action plans for accounts.
