Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, is seeking a Patient Experience Manager to coordinate and direct all patient experience activities across assigned systems. You will monitor satisfaction initiatives, administer surveys, and ensure adherence to policies, while working with hospital committees to drive service excellence.

Ideal candidates will have a mix of healthcare hospitality experience, strong coaching skills, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, client-focused

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED or equivalent; 4 year degree preferred.
• 2-3 years in-servicing experience in customer service training.
• Hospitality and healthcare experience preferred.
• 3-4 years experience in service-oriented operations.
• Good coaching and on the job training skills required.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and directs all patient experience activities within the assigned system.
• Monitors patient satisfaction initiatives and ensures alignment with client goals.
• Administers patient satisfaction surveys and responds promptly.
• Promotes compliance with CMS, JCAHO and other regulatory standards.
• Participates in hospital committees to support patient experience goals.
• Develops and monitors patient satisfaction action plans across accounts.
