Job summary

Responsibilities include managing people, setting direction, and resource deployment, with performance evaluations and hiring decisions as part of the leadership role.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Management experience: 2 years.
• Related experience: 2 years.
• Experience guiding frontline teams within service-driven operations such as mailroom, dining, or healthcare support services.
• Knowledge of patient dining workflows, food safety, sanitation, and clinical nutrition standards.
• Organizational skills that support workflow management, performance standards, and continuous improvement.
