Job summary

MedStar Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC, is partnering with Sodexo to recruit a Patient Services Manager 2 to oversee mailroom and patient dining operations in a high-demand healthcare setting.

With responsibility for frontline teams, scheduling and daily operations, you will drive service excellence, patient satisfaction and compliance with safety standards while fostering an inclusive, patient-centered culture at the unit and across Sodexo’s hospital services.

Qualifications

• Experience leading frontline teams in service-driven environments such as mailroom or dining.
• Knowledge of patient dining workflows, food safety, sanitation, and nutrition standards.
• Experience with staff scheduling and onboarding.
• Commitment to service excellence and patient satisfaction.
