Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare, hospitality, concierge service, customer success, or related roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning technology and working with EHR systems.
• Proficient with Google Workspace or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout each patient's care journey.
• Proactively reconnect patients overdue for follow-ups and remove barriers to care.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments and optimize provider schedules.
• Welcome patients with warmth and support front desk operations as needed.
