Job summary

Lafamiliasf seeks a Patient Concierge to welcome patients and visitors, support check-in, and guide them to the right services within the clinic. You will work closely with providers, medical staff, and PSRs to ensure smooth patient flow and a positive first impression.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 1 year of customer service, bilingual English/Spanish, and CPR certification. Proficiency with EHRs and scheduling software is essential, as is staying calm in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, and a minimum of one year’s experience in customer service.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate EHR, scheduling system and multiple software apps.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors; support check-in process.
• Direct patients to services and manage patient flow to reduce front desk congestion.
• Assist with forms, updates, and kiosk/self-check-in as implemented.
• Collaborate with providers, MAs, PSRs to facilitate efficient clinic operations.
• Assist with scheduling follow-up appointments and insurance verification.
• Help with scanning and organizing documents; cover lunch breaks.
