Salud Family Health is seeking a Customer Service Associate to create a positive first impression and support patients and their families in self-management and behavior change. The role operates in a team-based care setting to ensure a smooth check-in and checkout experience and to assist with reminder calls and inquiries.

The ideal candidate has dental/medical front desk exposure, bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of front desk/customer service experience in a medical setting preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Proficient in basic math.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check them in for appointments.
• Check patients out after appointments and manage reminder calls.
• Answer questions, handle patient complaints, and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain basic office tasks and input information into the EHR.
