Job summary

LifeWorks Wellness Center is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to create a positive, seamless experience for new patients enrolled in our comprehensive treatment programs. You will ensure patients feel supported, oriented, and confident as they begin their care journey at our clinic.

The role focuses on greeting patients, guiding them through schedules, facilitating tours, and coordinating with the care team to address questions and concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience in a patient support role preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate schedules, discuss plans with patients, and escort within the clinic.
• Professional, compassionate, and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients to the Clinic and provide comprehensive orientation of facilities and services.
• Serve as the main point of contact for new patients during their first days.
• Provide clinic tours and explain layout and treatment areas.
• Review treatment schedules and help patients understand where to go for each service.
• Assist with check-ins and escort patients to initial appointments, introducing staff.
• Coordinate with the care team to resolve questions or concerns promptly.
• Monitor new patient experience and escalate feedback to care team or leadership.
• Assist with patient care needs to ensure continuous high-quality care.
• Foster a welcoming, supportive, and professional environment.
