Job summary

Keta Medical Center is hiring a full-time Patient Experience Liaison in New Jersey. This on-site role supports patients from their first visit through ongoing care, coordinating education, care coordination, and administrative tasks with clinical teams.

Responsibilities include welcoming patients, orienting them to programs, and tracking progress to address barriers to engagement while collaborating with physicians and therapists.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
• A compassionate, proactive, and patient-centered approach is required.
• Experience in healthcare, customer service, or mental health settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for new and existing patients, answering questions about treatment, programs, and scheduling.
• Greet patients and conduct orientations covering program structure, staff, and care expectations.
• Educate patients about available programs, psychiatric services, therapies, and treatment options.
• Track patient progress and follow up on missed sessions or barriers to engagement.
• Assist with care coordination and scheduling across programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other staff to support patients needing extra attention.
• Communicate patient needs to the care team in a timely manner and share updates across the team.
