Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a tertiary or Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) patient care setting.
• High School Graduate/GED equivalent.
• CNA/CMA/LPN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of medical care and patient access to services.
• Serve as patient advocate and liaison with hospital staff.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, tests, and procedures.
• Obtain documents and ensure proper medical records and coverage.
