Job summary

Insight Hospital and Medical Center Chicago is seeking a Physician Liaison Services Coordinator to manage referrals from external providers and be the primary ambassador between referring physicians and Insight’s services. Strong organization, communication, and professional demeanor are essential to build and maintain trusted relationships.

You will schedule appointments, collect information, and ensure smooth coordination across departments while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of relevant customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive physician relationships and manage referrals.
• Expedite patient scheduling from referring physicians as needed.
• Bridge gaps between referring providers and Insight; communicate updates.
