Job summary

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of paid and/or volunteer clerical experience in a medical or mental health service delivery office environment.
• Certificate from an approved medical assistant training program.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the lobby information desk, security, admitting staff, and outpatient departments.
• Oversee the QLess kiosk and lab kiosk to ensure smooth patient check-in and profile creation.
• Receive and coordinate patients, vendors, law enforcement, and visitors per hospital policy.
• Inform security personnel of safety concerns to maintain a safe lobby environment.
• Assist with Registration Accuracy Reviews and Patient Access Denial Management.
• Support patient experience rounding and daily census reviews to address wait times.
