McLeod Health is seeking an Experience Liaison to greet patients and visitors at hospital entry points, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment and upholding Service Excellence. You will verify visitor check-ins, conduct health screenings, operate kiosks, provide wayfinding, and answer general inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail.

The role requires strong customer service, de-escalation skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team while adhering to HIPAA and PPE

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year in a hospital or outpatient healthcare setting experience. Front desk and registration experience are a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service related experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome patients, family members, visitors, vendors, and employees in a professional manner.
• Provide the highest level of customer service in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist with visitor verification, check-in, and check-out via electronic systems.
• Offer wayfinding assistance using maps and tools.
• Monitor the visitation tracking system and assist users.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Follow all required PPE and dress code standards.
