Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between lobby information, admitting staff, and outpatient departments.
• Oversee the check-in kiosks and ensure accurate patient registration.
• Direct patients and visitors and address concerns to maintain smooth throughput.
• Support patient access and denial management processes as needed.
• Assist with daily census reviews and monitoring delays affecting throughput.
