Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, business, nursing, psychology or other applicable science is required.
• In lieu of a bachelor's degree, six years equivalent work experience within internal patient-related, customer service hospital experience will be considered.
• Master's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide as main contact for patients and families when care or outcomes do not meet expectations.
• Document clearly, solve problems, and work independently with self-direction.
• Assist with patient satisfaction surveys and patient grievance plans.
• Interpret policies and procedures for patients, families, and visitors.
