Responsibilities

• Greets and assists patients, families and visitors in a courteous manner.
• Directs patients, family members, visitors and guests to hospital departments, clinics and other Sanford locations.
• Monitors traffic in patient drop-off areas and provides city information to patients and visitors about lodging and area businesses.
• Assists with patient discharge and pushes a wheelchair when needed.
• Maintains lobby order and demonstrates sound judgement in stressful situations.
