Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• 1-2 years of healthcare administration experience.
• Experience with patient payments is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Excel is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional front-office experience for patients.
• Complete patient intake and registration including demographics and insurance verification.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling workflows to optimize provider availability.
• Monitor KPIs for registration accuracy and patient satisfaction.
• Coordinate with PES, Billing, and Clinical Operations to resolve issues.
• Utilize EMR systems and reporting tools to track outcomes and support improvements.
• Communicate patient progress notes to referral sources in a timely manner.
• Organize patient milestone celebrations and community activities.
• Participate in ongoing training to maintain front-office proficiency.
