Job summary

Prosano Health Solutions, in partnership with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, seeks an on-site Front Desk Associate to join our patient-centered care team. You will greet patients, verify coverage, schedule visits, maintain EMR records, and coordinate with care teams, ensuring HIPAA compliance and a warm, organized front office.

This role is based at our care center in Arizona, with possible movement between clinics.

Qualifications

• Proficient PC skills and strong computer literacy.
• Experience with EMR systems for scheduling and documentation (Athena a plus).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic Life Saving (BLS) certification.
• Active Arizona fingerprint clearance card.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient check-in with warm, professional service.
• Verify coverage, confirm appointments, and share pre-visit instructions.
• Maintain EMR records and appointment schedules.
• Handle phone calls with courtesy and efficiency.
• Coordinate scheduling across Prosano locations.
• Coordinate with care teams to ensure seamless service.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Keep front office organized and welcoming.
• Support care teams with clear pre-visit communication.
• On-site work with potential movement between clinics.
