You will welcome patients, coordinate visits, and work with leadership to deliver integrated service, while maintaining a delightful patient experience and seamless operations onsite.

Qualifications

• Patient-facing or customer-facing experience.
• Excellent patient or customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible and positive attitude.
• Proactive and adaptable; able to cover tasks as they arise.
• Impeccable judgment.
• Proficient PC skills.
• Medical experience.
• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• BLS Certification required.
• Arizona fingerprint clearance card.
• Proof of vaccination per pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and conduct check-in with required forms.
• Coordinate scheduling and patient visits within the practice management system.
• Work with Prosano leadership to provide seamless, integrated service.
• Ensure patients are delighted with the level of care they receive.
• Act as an ambassador in the local community with providers and partners.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Working hours may include extended hours.
• This position requires 100% on-site work at the care center and may involve movement between clinics.
