Job summary

Prosano Health Solutions, in partnership with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, seeks a Care Center Manager to lead day-to-day clinical operations at the Care Center. You will oversee staff, workflows, scheduling, and ensure excellent member satisfaction in a team-based environment.

Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma, 3 years of healthcare management, BLS certification within 30 days, and strong patient service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3 years of healthcare management experience.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Excellent patient or customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations within the Care Center.
• Supervise medical assistants and patient experience staff.
• Manage scheduling, workflow, and supply management.
• Partner with leadership to ensure value-based care and KPIs.
• Foster community relationships and ensure staff huddles meet standards.
• Occasional extended hours and 100% on-site work.
