Job summary

Prosano Health Solutions, in partnership with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, is seeking a Medical Assistant to play a key role in delivering direct patient care and guiding patients through their care journey. This on-site position emphasizes patient experience, privacy, and adherence to compliance in a dynamic health setting.

You will support the care team, prepare patients for visits, take vitals, and help maintain exam rooms and records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; MA certification preferred or in process.
• Medical assisting certification with registration within six months.
• Phlebotomy certification or within six months of hire.
• BLS certification or within 30 days of hire.
• Arizona fingerprint clearance card.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and navigation of the patient care experience.
• Support care team and collaborate with providers.
• Maintain privacy, compliance, and patient care excellence.
• Establish rapport and deliver exceptional patient care.
• Prepare patients for visits and update records.
• Prepare exam rooms and ensure supplies; assist with treatments.
• On-site care center operations; may move between clinics as needed.
