Athletico Physical Therapy is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator in Oklahoma City to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance, delivering a seamless front-office experience while maintaining compliance and data integrity.

The role collaborates with clinical teams and reports to the Clinic Manager, with support from the Patient Experience Specialist. A comprehensive benefits package is offered for full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and patient-facing skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook and Excel.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits and coverage preferred.
• Experience requesting and managing customer payments preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• 1–2 years of healthcare administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional front-office experience greeting patients and resolving issues at every touchpoint.
• Accurately complete patient intake/registration, verify demographics and insurance eligibility.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities, payment options, and digital tools.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling workflows to optimize provider availability and access.
