Job summary

Jaffe Sports Medicine in Naples, FL is seeking a Front Office Coordinator to greet patients, manage the reception area, phones, and office supplies, and support a high-quality patient experience.

This role trains and supervises administrative staff and coordinates front office coverage while upholding PartnerCare’s values of compassion, excellence, and teamwork. Two years of experience preferred; some training available for right candidate.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university or technical institution.
• Current active and unrestricted State License.
• Basic Life Support/Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification.
• Experienced preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply!
• We prefer at least two years of experience but are willing to train newer teammates with the right focus on patient care, service, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service in person and on the phone to patients, families, staff, vendors, and the community.
• Greeting patients.
• Collecting patient information.
• Verifying patient insurance.
• Maintaining patient accounts and records.
• Responsible for scheduling new patient appointments and follow up appointments.
• Oversees the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image.
