Job summary

Jaffe Sports Medicine in Naples, FL is seeking a Front Office Coordinator to greet patients, manage the reception area, phones, and office supplies, and support a high-quality patient experience.

This role trains and supervises administrative staff and coordinates front office coverage while upholding PartnerCare’s values of compassion, excellence, and teamwork. Two years of experience preferred; some training available for right candidate.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university or technical institution.
• Current active and unrestricted State License.
• Basic Life Support/Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification.
• Experienced preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply!
• We prefer at least two years of experience but are willing to train newer teammates with the right focus on patient care, service, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service in person and on the phone to patients, families, staff, vendors, and the community.
• Greeting patients.
• Collecting patient information.
• Verifying patient insurance.
• Maintaining patient accounts and records.
• Responsible for scheduling new patient appointments and follow up appointments.
• Oversees the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image.

Front Office Coordinator

They are our ambassadors and are pivotal in initiating the best possible patient experience. They are responsible for overall front desk activities including management of the reception area and meeting areas, customer service, phones, mail, and office supplies. This position trains, supervises, and schedules administrative volunteers, coordinates front office coverage, and assists on projects and any additional administrative support necessary for the practice.
