Job summary

Jaffe Sports Medicine, located in Naples, FL, is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the face of the practice and manage front desk operations. You will greet patients, verify insurance, collect information, and coordinate scheduling while supporting a welcoming and efficient patient experience.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and a professional demeanor. A valid license and life‑support certifications are preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university or technical institution.
• Current active and unrestricted State License.
• Basic Life Support/Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification.
• Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service in person and on the phone to patients, families, staff, vendors, and the community.
• Greets patients and collects patient information.
• Verifies patient insurance and maintains patient accounts and records.
• Schedules new patient appointments and follow‑ups.
• Oversees the reception area to maintain a professional image and effective communications.
