Jaffe Sports Medicine is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our Naples area practice. The role involves greeting patients, collecting information, verifying insurance, and maintaining patient accounts while delivering high-level customer service in person and by phone.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, compassionate, and collaborative, with a commitment to upholding our core values and supporting a team-driven environment that focuses on patient well-being and pain management.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university or technical institution.
• Current active and unrestricted State License.
• Basic Life Support/Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification.
• Experienced preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply!

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service in person and on the phone to patients, families, staff, vendors, and the community.
• Greeting patients.
• Collecting patient information.
• Verifying patient insurance.
• Maintaining patient accounts and records.
• Responsible for scheduling new patient appointments and follow up appointments.
• Oversees the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image.
