Responsibilities

• Exhibits outstanding customer service with the patient as a top priority.
• Answers the telephone and directs calls or schedules new patient appointments.
• Confirms appointments and provides pre-visit instructions.
• Discusses benefits, co-pays and coverage information for outpatient procedures.
• Responds to third party payers with requested information.
• Coordinates benefit verification and self-pay options for new patients.
• Collaborates with staff to verify referrals and radiography.
