Your duties include answering calls, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and communicating with insurance providers to estimate patient financial responsibilities. Training on Dentrix and office software is provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of admin/front office/patient advocate experience, preferably in dental or medical setting.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and Dentrix, and ability to learn new programs.
• Well-organised with ability to prioritise multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and create appointments for new and existing patients.
• Collect monies due for services rendered and review/update patient status.
• Review upcoming schedules for accuracy and coordinate with clinical team.
