ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers is seeking a Patient Intake Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming experience from first visit through treatment completion.

The role offers a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, plus a 401(k) match. You will manage intake forms, schedule appointments, greet patients, and support a smooth clinical-administrative workflow.

Qualifications

• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities with strong communication skills.
• Dental or medical office experience preferred.
• Experience in patient admissions, scheduling, or treatment planning preferred.
• Professional demeanor in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with digital record systems.
• Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to support colleagues when needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the ambassador for the patient experience, ensuring every patient feels valued and supported.
• Manage the patient intake process, including forms and data entry.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring smooth workflow between clinical and administrative teams.
• Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out in a professional environment.
• Monitor patient wait times and collaborate with the General Manager for a seamless experience.
• Answer and direct all incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain and update the Center’s calendar for efficiency.
• Order and organize patient materials as needed.
• Scan and upload documents into patient records.
• Assist with outgoing shipments and general office organization.
• Perform other duties to support Center’s success.
