Job summary

ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers is seeking a Patient Intake Coordinator in Michigan to be the first contact for patients, ensuring a seamless experience from the first visit through treatment completion.

The role offers a full-time schedule (Monday–Friday) with a strong emphasis on patient service, data accuracy, and cross-team coordination within a growing, national dental implant network. Training and development are provided, supporting a patient-centric culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dental/medical office is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfort with data entry and digital records.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the ambassador for the patient experience and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Manage the patient intake process and accurate data entry.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments between clinical and administrative teams.
• Greet patients, check-in/out, and maintain a professional front desk.
• Monitor wait times and collaborate with management to optimize flow.
• Answer incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain and update the Center’s calendar for efficient operations.
• Assist with shipments and general office organization.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the ambassador for the patient experience, ensuring every patient feels valued and supported
• Manage the patient intake process, including completion of electronic or paper forms and accurate data entry
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring smooth workflow between clinical and administrative teams
• Greet patients warmly, manage check-in/check-out, and maintain a professional, welcoming environment
• Monitor patient wait times and partner with the General Manager to ensure a seamless experience
• Answer and direct all incoming calls with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain and update the Center’s calendar to optimize operational efficiency
• Order and organize patient materials as needed
• Scan and upload documents into patient records
• Assist with outgoing shipments and general office organization
• Perform other duties as needed to support the Center’s success

Skills and Experience We’re Looking For:

• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities, with strong communication skills
• Prior dental or medical office experience preferred
• Experience in patient admissions, scheduling, or treatment planning preferred
• Professional demeanor and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with digital record systems
• A team-oriented mindset with flexibility to support colleagues when needed
