Responsibilities

• Serve as ambassador for patient experience and ensure patients feel valued.
• Manage patient intake forms and data entry accurately (electronic or paper).
• Coordinate and schedule appointments between clinical and administrative teams.
• Greet patients upon arrival and manage check-in/check-out professionally.
• Monitor patient wait times and work with General Manager for a smooth visit.
• Answer and direct incoming calls with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain and update the Center calendar to optimize operations.
• Scan and upload documents into patient records.
• Assist with outgoing shipments and general office organization.
