Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service-related job.
• Experience in patient care preferred.
• Must be 18+ at time of hire and maintain DMV driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors upon arrival and departure.
• Answer inquiries about patient rooms and department locations.
• Escort guests to their destination and assist with wheelchair transport.
• Manage guest keys and assist with valet operations as needed.
• Train new volunteers and maintain lobby appearance.
• Ensure safety and sanitation of wheelchairs and high-touch surfaces.
• Report concerns to supervisor and coordinate with Security if needed.
