• 1+ year of medical office or healthcare experience preferred.
• Mental health or outpatient clinical experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and computer skills.
• Comfortable learning new technology platforms/systems.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, compassionate patient service at front desk.
• Manage daily schedules, confirmations, cancellations, and waitlists.
• Support check-in/check-out and prepare patients for visits.
• Coordinate referrals, authorizations, and follow-up needs.
• Maintain accurate patient records and HIPAA-compliant workflows.
• Assist providers and clinic staff with administrative tasks.
• Collect payments and document patient financials.
• Adhere to safety and crisis procedures as needed.
