Kessler Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to ensure top-tier patient experiences at our Flanders, NJ location. You will manage front office tasks, scheduling, and medical records while coordinating with clinicians and insurance partners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years in medical office setting that required multi-tasking preferred.
• Knowledge of health insurance preferred.
• Basic computer skills including word processing and office procedures required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with staff, patients, and providers.
• Must be available early mornings and evenings for all shifts Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate front office activities and patient scheduling.
• Reception duties and medical record preparation.
• Compile clinic statistics and reports; manage data collection.
• Obtain authorizations and assist with daily banking deposits for counter transactions.
