Trinity Health IHA Medical Group in Michigan is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to join our team at the front desk. You will greet patients, check them in, verify registration and insurance details, and schedule appointments to support efficient operations and excellent patient care.

In this role you will answer calls, assist with MyChart tasks, collect payments, and help maintain accurate medical records while collaborating with providers and staff to ensure a positive patient

Formación

• Front desk customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to verify patient registrations and insurance information.
• Experience with billing processes is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and compassion.
• Check patients in and verify registration and insurance information.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and route messages appropriately.
• Collect payments and support accurate billing processes.
• Assist with patient communications, paperwork, and MyChart support.
• Maintain patient records and support day-to-day office operations.
• Partner with providers and clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience.
