As a full-time day-shift team member, you will respond to calls, assist with transportation arrangements, and guide visitors across the Guthrie Health campus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly at the front desk.
• Respond to incoming calls and provide information as needed.
• Arrange patient/visitor transport and coordinate with internal departments.
• Maintain courteous in-person and telephone etiquette and basic computer skills.
• Contribute to a positive patient experience by listening empathetically and assisting others.
