Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients at the front desk.
• Notify appropriate person of arrival and assist with provider schedules.
• Collect payments due at the time of service.
• Update EMR with patient information and ensure accuracy.
• Act as liaison between patients and clinical areas while they wait.
• Assist patients picking up prescriptions.
• Maintain tidiness of front desk and reception area.
• Balance payments to reconciliation reports.
• Assist in stocking supplies and perform clerical duties.
• Protect confidentiality of health records and information.
