Southern Orthocare is seeking a Patient Service Representative to act as the front line for patients, referral sources, and physician offices in Morristown, TN. You will deliver exceptional service with a kind heart, manage front office tasks, intake, scheduling, and ensure accurate, compliant records.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead SORCA staff and inspire them to excellence in serving patients.
• Patient service attitude with genuine care and responsiveness.
• Organizational skills to maintain accurate records and attention to detail.
• High degree of flexibility and comfort with innovation; proactive problem solving.
• Two years of experience with DME or Orthotics & Prosthetic business is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Front office management to ensure efficient patient flow and satisfaction.
• Patient intake and care with friendliness and complete documentation.
• Phone management with professionalism and proper routing.
• Scheduling patients within 24 hours of script or product readiness.
• Follow SORCA processes: eligibility checks, e-charting, pre-auths, and compliant documentation.
• Case management to advance work in progress and resolve bottlenecks.
• Inside sales support to help patients find appropriate products.
