• Prepares patient medical records for daily appointments.
• Updates patient profiles and maintains records.
• Files medical histories, labs, and other information.
• Updates appointment schedules and confirms appointments.
• Collects co-pays and balances and balances drawer daily.
• Manages patient referrals.
• Answers telephone and screens calls.
• Attends meetings and assists staff as directed.
