Job summary

Southern Orthocare, Inc. is seeking a Patient Service Representative to be the friendly front line for patients, referrals, and physician offices. You will handle intake, scheduling, phone calls, and case management with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and excellent patient service.

Responsibilities include front office workflow, patient intake, appointment reminders, and ensuring documentation and eligibility checks are completed in a timely manner. Experience in DME/orthotics a plus.

Responsibilities

• Front office management: ensure efficient flow and patient satisfaction.
• Patient intake and care with friendly, professional service.
• Phone management and professional handling of calls.
• Scheduling within 24 hours of script in, or product readiness for delivery.
• Submit pre-authorizations when required and ensure Medicare/regulatory compliance.
• Case management to move open cases forward and reduce delays.
• Inside sales support for product recommendations.
