Job summary

ConvenientMD is seeking a Medical Receptionist in Manchester, NH to welcome patients, manage check-in/check-out, and support clinic operations. • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proactive and confident communicator (written and verbal).

• Technically savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Effective communicator and cross-collaborator across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the check-in/check-out processes and educate patients on our program and goals.
• Provide primary phone support: inbound calls, scheduling, message taking, and EMR documentation.
• Maintain front desk and lobby in a professional, organized state.
• Manage medical records: obtain, scan, upload, and organize patient documents.
• Support clinic operations and team with cross-coverage as needed.
