Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Patient interaction: greet, register, answer questions in person/phone.
• Handle insurance/billing inquiries and collect payments.
• Coordinate clinic flow and scheduling with healthcare team.
• Front desk management: answer calls, maintain reception area, admin tasks.
• Familiarize with CMD services and use reservation/EHR systems.
