Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proactive and confident communicator, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for a fast-paced clinic.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and collaborative team player.
• Technically savvy with Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with patients, staff and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming check-in/check-out experience for patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR and coordinate scheduling.
• Provide primary phone support, answer calls and document interactions.
• Support clinic operations and maintain front desk organization.
