ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to be the first point of contact in our Belmont clinics. You’ll greet patients, register new and returning visitors, and manage front-desk tasks while supporting the clinical team with smooth patient flow.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proactive and confident communicator, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling referrals and coordinating patient flow.
• Answer calls, keep reception area tidy, and perform admin duties.
• Navigate multiple software systems to follow clinic protocols.
